Nestled on the shores of Brazos River and Lake Granbury, this residential subdivision has two main entrances; the main entrance is located off of Hideaway Bay Court and the second is located north off of Meander Road. The location has easy access to the Luton Ranch shopping and dining area, fantastic schools, and of course the lake.
Homes were built over the last 20 years with several lots still available starting at about $80,000. Most existing properties feature traditional Texas design from 1700 ft.² to about 5500 ft.². If you're looking for acreage, Bentwater has it with several lots up to 5 acres or more.
Lots and acreage start at about $80,000 on up but existing homes can run anywhere from $500,000 up to $2.5 million for larger lots, acreage, size and condition of the house, and the view. Homeowner association fees are approximately $450-$550 per year and cover common area maintenance and management.

Bentwater Schools
Residents of Bentwater with school-age children attend the Granbury Independent School District and are assigned to the Oak Woods Elementary school, the Action middle school, and the Granbury high school.
Bentwater Amenities
Several lots offer a deeded boat slip in the nearby Marina but all residents have access to Lake Granbury. Bentwater amenities include a boat ramp, clubhouse, gated entrance, Greenbelt, playground and park, and the private lake with access to docking and the boat ramp.
Less than five minutes away the intersection of Highway 377 and Meander Road are several amenities and services such as restaurants, markets, auto repair services, salons, banks, and a Starbucks. Meander Road heads into town across the river passing a Walmart supercenter, and multiple other shops and restaurants. While you might feel secluded out along the river and the lake, you're never more than 5 to 10 minutes from most amenities and services.
